Ole Magnar Drønen, CEO

Ole Magnar’s background is from Statoil, where he worked for 22 years within reservoir, production, and subsurface management. His main experience is from operating oil fields such as Statfjord, Veslefrikk and Norne. He served as subsurface manager for the Norne field for 10 years.

In addition he has worked for a startup oil company, Discover Petroleum, Weatherford and independent consultant.

Abdur Rehman, R&D Manager

Abdur has a MSc degree in chemistry from University in Stavanger. Eh has worked for several years withinin laboratory analysis in Pakistan between after his BSc. During his MSc he worked with several scale related issues, both in laboratory and analytically.

Torger Skillingstad, Chairman of the Board

Torger Skillingstad has over 30 years track record from the service industry; as CEO of RESMAN and several management positions in SLB, Transocean and Halliburton in the past.

Today Torger is involved in several innovative service companies as investor, board member and chairman of the board.

David Lysne, Board Member

David holds the role as Managing Partner in Proventure. He has 30+ years of experience from Sintef and Weatherford.

Ingvar Katmo, Board Member

Ingvar is currently Senior Partner in Proventure nad has 15+ years experience from McKinsey and Proventure.

Robert Brent Brough, Board Member

Brent works in Inflow Control as CCO, based in Abu Dhabi. He has 25+ years of experience form oil service industry companies such as SLB, Resman and Inflow Control.
